Every Ostra Pearl 16 is covered for 12 months.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects such as face delamination, core failure or edge guard separation under normal play.
What isn't
Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs, and damage from impacts with the court, net posts or other paddles.
Making a claim
Email hello@ostra.com.au with your order number and a few photos. We'll reply within two business days.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
